Sticky toffee pudding
I’ve been making my way through the Graze ‘mini puds’ and
they really don’t get much better than the sticky toffee variety I had in this
box. Sticky toffee pudding is one of my favourite sponge desserts and this one
is a real winter warmer. A light sponge with sweet sticky dates and a gorgeous
toffee sauce which isn’t overly sickly. I’ve never had the puds cold (although
you can), and always go for 20 seconds in the microwave – perfection. At 147
calories, snacking really hasn’t tasted so good!
